These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HelloFeed’s websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) offered by the operator of https://hellofeed.ai (“HelloFeed”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (and at least 18 where required) to use the Service on your own behalf. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
HelloFeed provides tools for brands to collect, manage, and process customer testimonials and related media, including AI-assisted features and integrations with third-party advertising platforms. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless we say otherwise.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at divyang@legion.is if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for obtaining any rights, consents, and disclosures required under applicable law before you collect testimonials or personal data from your customers or respondents through the Service—including clear notice of how data will be used, whether content may appear in advertising, and any incentives or payouts. You represent that you have (or will obtain) those permissions and that your collection and use of respondent data complies with law and these Terms.
Between you and HelloFeed, you retain ownership of content you or your respondents submit. You grant HelloFeed a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, and create derivative works (including AI-generated suggestions and rendered ad assets) as reasonably necessary to provide and improve the Service and as instructed by you through product features.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the Service or third parties.
The Service may integrate with third parties (for example Meta, Google, payment processors, or ecommerce platforms). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or for ad platform approval, policy enforcement, or campaign performance.
Paid plans, taxes, renewals, and refunds (if any) are described at checkout or in separate order terms. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features.
Non-public information we provide about the Service is confidential. If you give us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING CREATIVE AND COMPLIANCE BEFORE PUBLISHING ADS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER HELLOFEED NOR ITS SUPPLIERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW (FOR EXAMPLE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT).
You will defend and indemnify HelloFeed and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, your relationship with respondents or ad platforms, or your breach of these Terms or law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, non-payment, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that gives you mandatory local rights, those rights apply notwithstanding this section where required by law.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HelloFeed regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings on this subject. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale.
